At Beachers West bay we understand that unexpected changes can occur. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. To receive a 100% refund, cancellation has to be done at least seven days in advance. If you choose to cancel within three to six days a 40% will be taken out of your payment. If you cancel one to two days before arrival no refund will be granted. You will also receive a full refund if your ship is not able to port due to a bad weather or any natural disaster.
